CRM development: every conversation lands as clean data

We build custom CRMs, or integrate deeply with the one you already use, so every call, chat and booking ends up as a structured record. Clean pipelines, clean data, and reporting you can trust.

Should you build a new CRM or integrate the one you have?

Most businesses don't need a new CRM. They need the one they have to receive clean data and to be set up around how they actually sell. If you use HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho, we integrate with it deeply: fields, pipelines, automations and two-way sync.

Some operations don't fit an off-the-shelf pipeline. For those we build a custom CRM around the real process, with the stages, views and permissions the team needs.

What's in a CRM build

  • Custom pipeline design
  • Clean data migration
  • Two-way integrations
  • Reporting dashboards
  • Role-based access
  • Team training included

Why data structure matters for AI agents

A voice agent can hold a good conversation and still fail you if the call ends as a paragraph of notes. We design the data model before the agent: which fields get filled, which stage the lead moves to, what triggers a follow-up. That's what turns conversations into numbers you can report on. We've written about how to tell whether an AI receptionist's CRM integration is real.

An example from our work

Forefront, from our portfolio, is a CRM for pre-foreclosure acquisition teams in real estate. It maps leads at county level and runs them through a five-stage pipeline, from notice filed to a booked meeting with the seller. You can see it in our selected work.

Common questions

Questions about CRM development

Which CRMs do you integrate with?

HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho most often, along with Google Calendar and Outlook for scheduling and Gmail and Outlook for email. If you use something else, ask.

Can you migrate our existing data?

Yes. Clean data migration is part of every CRM build.

Will our team be trained?

Yes. Team training is included, and access is role-based so people see what they need.
