Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Wireframe Studios collects through this website, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it.
Who we are
Wireframe Studios ("we", "us") runs this website at wireframestudio.io. We're responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at build@wireframestudio.io.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, plus your company, phone number, the services you're interested in and your timeline if you give them.
- Voice agent demos: when you start a demo call in your browser, your microphone audio is streamed to our voice platform provider so the agent can respond, and the call may be transcribed and logged by that provider.
- Booking a call: if you book through the embedded calendar, the details you enter are handled by Google Calendar's appointment scheduling.
- Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request information to serve pages and keep the site secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange any call you ask for
- To run the voice agent demo you started
- To keep a record of enquiries so none are lost
- To keep the website working and secure
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, or on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run this site. They process personal information on our behalf and only for these purposes:
- Vercel: website hosting
- Supabase: database storage for contact enquiries and blog content
- Google Workspace: email and calendar booking
- Retell AI: the voice platform behind our demo agents
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens they rely on recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded services, such as the Google Calendar booking frame, may set their own cookies when you use them, under their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any work that follows, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email build@wireframestudio.io. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top of it.
